Terms of Service

By purchasing from the Project Deathpoint store, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — completing a purchase confirms that you accept them in full.

1. VIRTUAL GOODS

All items sold through this store are virtual, in-game goods and perks with no real-world monetary value. You are purchasing a service and access to optional content, not a physical product. Items cannot be traded for cash and have no value outside of Project Deathpoint.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PAYMENT

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
  • You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Fraudulent payments and chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct in-game username / ID so your items can be delivered.

3. DELIVERY

Most packages are delivered automatically in-game within a few minutes of a successful payment. Some perks may require a server restart or reconnect. If an item has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact our support team via Discord.

4. CONDUCT

Purchasing a package does not exempt you from our server rules. Supporters are held to the same standards as everyone else. Perks may be revoked without refund if you are banned for breaking the rules, cheating, or abusing exploits.

5. CHANGES TO PERKS & PRICING

Project Deathpoint reserves the right to add, modify, remove, or re-price any package or perk at any time as the server evolves. We may adjust the benefits of a package to maintain game balance. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through our Discord.

6. ACCOUNT & SERVER AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability. Downtime, wipes, updates, or permanent closure may occur. Purchases do not guarantee the server will remain online indefinitely, and no refund is owed for downtime or content changes.

7. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban across all Project Deathpoint services, and may be reported to the payment processor.

8. DISCLAIMER

Project Deathpoint is an independent community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re (FiveM), or any other rights holder. All related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
